What You Will Do

• Model & Value — Develop three-statement financial models, DCFs, LBOs, and trading/precedent comps.
• Execute Deals — Support buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, diligence streams, and transaction logistics.
• Build Materials — Create high-quality CIMs, pitch decks, and board presentations.
• Analyze Markets — Perform strategic industry research and target identification.

What You Bring

• Background — Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 0 to 2 years in investment banking, transaction advisory, or valuation.
• Technical Skills — Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and corporate finance concepts.
• Mindset — Extreme attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Communication — Ability to distill complex financial data into concise narratives for executives.
